Donation Refund Policy

You can cancel a donation that you have made at any time up to 30 days after your payment was made. If you decide to cancel a donation after 30 days, we will refund the donation within 1 to 5 working days, provided the donation has not already been allocated or utilized for a charitable project.

Please note that:

• Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment only.
• Any bank or transaction charges incurred may be deducted from the refund amount.
• If the donation has been used for a charitable cause or project, unfortunately, it cannot be refunded.
