🏥 Free Health Check-Up Camp Organized by Jan Seva Samarpan Trust in Collaboration with MAX Super Speciality Hospital **New Delhi | 14 June 2026** Jan Seva Samarpan Trust successfully organized a **Free Health Check-Up Camp** in collaboration with **MAX Super Speciality Hospital** at D-51, Dabri Extn., Gali No. 9, New Delhi–110045. The camp was conducted on **Sunday, 14 June 2026**, from **10:00 AM to 1:00 PM**, with the objective of providing accessible and quality healthcare services to the local community. A large number of residents from nearby areas participated and benefited from the initiative. ### 🩺 Health Services Provided During the camp, patients received expert consultation and free diagnostic screening under supervision of experienced doctors. The services included: * PFT (Lung Function Test) * BMD (Bone Mineral Density Test) * Eye Check-up * Blood Pressure Monitoring * Blood Sugar Testing * Cholesterol Screening All medical services were provided with the support of **trained medical professionals from MAX Super Speciality Hospital**, ensuring reliable and quality healthcare assistance. ### ❤️ Objective of the Initiative The primary aim of this health camp was to promote **preventive healthcare awareness** and encourage early detection of lifestyle-related diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, respiratory issues, and bone health disorders.
